W. Bryant Bodie

Biography

Bryant Bodie founded Bodie Enger Law along side Colin Enger in June of 2015 focusing on insurance subrogation, product liability, construction defect, and general business and commercial litigation. Bryant handles all aspects of insurance subrogation including large loss property claims, auto and trucking, worker’s compensation, construction related losses, and those caused by product defects. Bryant is licensed to practice in Colorado and the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. His practice extends into judgment recovery and bankruptcy proceedings to better serve his clients for the full duration of their case.

Bryant Bodie was recently selected as a Colorado Super Lawyers – Rising Star for 2021 and 2024. As primary counsel, Bryant has dozens of successful trial verdicts and has negotiated hundreds of favorable resolutions on behalf of his clients.  With a commitment to detail and thorough preparation, Bryant ensures the best possible outcomes for his clients from the initial loss investigation phase through discovery, motions practice, and trial.
