Biography

Joseph Stark is an associate attorney at Bodie Enger Law, LLC, focusing on insurance subrogation, general business, and commercial litigation. He has experience working in corporate finance departments before law school. During law school, he helped write a book relating to constitutional issues in our election system as research assistant.

He also helped write an amicus brief for the 9th circuit relating to controversial constitutional law issues during his fellowship at Mountain States Legal Foundation. His education in law school focused primarily on corporate and commercial law earning a Corporate and Commercial Law Certificate from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law.
